Website Overhaul for a Small Law Firm Based in California

Personal injury firm gets a clean, fast site with stronger messaging.

Overview

L&F Brown is a personal injury firm serving clients across LA County. Their previous site was slow, outdated, and poorly optimized for mobile. I led a full redesign and rebuild as a small injury firm web design project. The new site better reflects the firm’s growth, professionalism, and client-first values.

Goals

The site lacked structure, clear messaging, and visual impact. Clients didn’t feel an immediate sense of trust or connection. The firm needed a faster, more modern site that felt personal, conveyed credibility, and encouraged people to reach out.

Approach

I rebuilt the site from the ground up, simplifying the structure and rewriting content with clarity and empathy in mind. The visual design combines traditional typography with a modern touch to feel professional and approachable. I added testimonials and trust indicators throughout the site, including case results and recognition badges, to reinforce credibility. The finished product is responsive, lightweight, SEO-friendly, and built to support the firm’s long-term growth.

Results

The new L&F Brown website provides a much cleaner, mobile-friendly experience. Visitors can now find key information through a simplified navigation, building trust through clear messaging and visible client testimonials. While detailed analytics were not tracked prior to launch, early feedback from the firm’s team highlights improved client engagement and a stronger sense of professionalism conveyed by the site.

By addressing the previous site’s performance and usability issues, the redesign has established a solid digital foundation and has given them an advantage online. This positions L&F Brown to more effectively connect with potential clients and supports ongoing marketing efforts aimed at growth within Los Angeles County.

Note: This project was developed in-house while working with a legal tech company. I led the design and development, though the goals and features were specific to internal use rather than a client law firm.
